  1. Delivery Options
    KargoPlus provides two convenient delivery methods for all registered retailers:
  • KargoPlus Rider Delivery: Goods are delivered directly to the address you provide during the ordering process.
  • Self-Pickup: Retailers may choose to collect their goods from any of our locations in Sierra Leone during operating hours.
  1. Order Acceptance & Delivery Period
    Once KargoPlus confirms and accepts your order, we will process and deliver your goods as soon as reasonably possible. All deliveries will be completed within a maximum of 10 days from the date your payment is received—this is referred to as the Delivery Period.

If KargoPlus is unable to deliver your goods within the Delivery Period, we will promptly notify you. Upon receiving this notification, you will have 7 days to decide whether to:

  • Continue waiting for delivery, or
  • Cancel the order and request a refund.

If you choose to cancel within the 7-day window, KargoPlus will issue a full refund of the purchase amount.

  1. Transfer of Responsibility
    Our responsibility for your goods ends once they have been:
  • Delivered to the address you provided, or
  • Collected by you or your authorized representative at a partner location.

After delivery or pickup, KargoPlus is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of the goods.

  1. Retailer Compliance & Loan Eligibility
    KargoPlus is committed to supporting long-term growth for informal retailers. As part of our empowerment model, retailers who:
  • Maintain consistent ordering, and
  • Comply with KargoPlus procedures, delivery confirmations, and payment requirements
    for a continuous period of six (6) months,

will become eligible for business loans through our financial partners. These loans are designed to help retailers expand their inventory, increase sales, and strengthen their business operations.
