KargoPlus offers two delivery options: delivery by a KargoPlus rider or self-pickup at our partner locations.
Once KargoPlus accepts your order, we will deliver your goods as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 10 days after we receive your payment (the “Delivery Period”). If we are unable to deliver within this period, we will notify you. You will then have 7 days from the date of notification to choose whether to cancel your order. If you cancel, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Our responsibility for the order ends once the goods are delivered to the address you provided or collected by you. After delivery or pickup, KargoPlus is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized use of the goods.
